At Fairywater Holiday Rentals, we offer a small collection of hand-picked, family-friendly holiday homes in Northern Ireland and Spain — each one thoughtfully chosen for its comfort, location, and livability in all seasons.

Our name, Fairywater, comes from the place we call home — the Fairywater ward of Omagh — and it’s a brand we proudly share with our family-run equine business, Fairywater Equine. It represents our roots, our values, and our belief in providing real, trustworthy spaces where people (and families like ours) can truly feel at home.

Our journey began in 2013 with the purchase of our Portrush Penthouse Apartment, which quickly became a much-loved getaway for our family of five. In 2018, we added a beautiful marina-front apartment in Estepona, Spain, where we’ve spent many sunny holidays together. Most recently, in April 2025, we expanded into Larne, bringing guests a comfortable, centrally located apartment perfect for short stays, family visits, or work trips.

All our properties are personally managed, and we make it a point to stay in each of them regularly. We wouldn’t list a property we wouldn’t stay in ourselves — so we know first-hand that each one is practical, well-equipped, and welcoming, even on the rainiest of days.
